This review is for Jesse, the service professional for Rio Grande Co. Fireplace, and not per se for the Company itself. I moved into a Lokal Home who contracted with Rio Grande Co to install our fireplace. The fireplace "fell off the wall" -- or as I learned today the hinges detached themselves -- and the fireplace was installed not level.

Jesse could not have been more professional, more thorough, or more friendly. He not only ensured that the fireplace was level but he 1/recleaned the entire glass (inside and out); 2/cleaned the framing itself; 3/re-painted the entire framing to ensure the solid black color was even throughout; and 4/got the framing level to within 1/18 of an inch -- was which demonstrably better than the 1/2 inch unleveling it was when it was installed.

I suggest to the company that they have Jesse train their other installers not just for technique but also for customer service, professionalism, and general pleasantness in dealing with high maintenance customers like myself.

Rio Grande did a phenomenal job on the installation of my gas fireplace. Insert I am very happy with it any issues that popped up along the way during installation Bryant was able to solve any issue quickly and efficiently and I really appreciate him and the installers and the folks at the design center at Rio Grande 10 out of 10 would use again.

Beautiful design center that made the selection process for materials for our home build so easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to turn what I anticipated to be an overwhelming decision making process into manageable and, quite frankly, enjoyable process. Having so many areas of our needs under one roof was the best part - we were able to identify our fireplaces, door hardware, stone for our home, and pavers for our landscaping all together. Highly recommend if you have a new build or simply looking to make updates to your current home!

We were looking for stone for a fireplace. We found an amazing display of all kinds of stones that made it easy to pick out the appropriate stone for us. Hilene was very kind and went out of her way to help. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be heading there for all kinds of future home projects. 100% recommend without hesitation. Updated review. After a bit of a rocky start to getting a fireplace fixed (and then a second one also fixed) the response from Mackenzie and Adrian at Rio Grande was excellent. Too bad it took a while and some complaining to get there, but overall, very satisfied with the service.
