Updated review. After a bit of a rocky start to getting a fireplace fixed (and then a second one also fixed) the response from Mackenzie and Adrian at Rio Grande was excellent. Too bad it took a while and some complaining to get there, but overall, very satisfied with the service.

Waaay toooo many choices!!! Great place for ideas. Super helpful staff. Best to arrive with a good idea about what you want so you don't spend hours on the store. They can order samples for you sent to your home, make finalizing your choice easier. Highly recommended!
